Now I can refine my thoughts with this character like Mr.Sharma is 36 years old, he lives in Bangalore and he is trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle by changing his eating habits.
He is looking for pure cold-pressed oils and he intends to purchase from the people whom he can trust.
It is difficult for him to find it in Bangalore because he is not sure if it’s pure. He is searching in e-commerce sites and he finds my site selling the items required for him.
This is the story of Mr.Sharma who is my customer avatar.
Now the point here is Mr.Sharma can either become my customer or may not. But this is my understanding of my customer and I will start selling products by keeping Mr.Sharma in my mind so that I get clarity of what is my customer expectations and what I need to offer.
